issued by the City of Miami in Dade County, Florida, and in which a mortgagee who was made defendant in that suit filed an
answer in which he prayed for affirmative relief alleging that he held a mortgage on certain portions of the land involved
in the foreclosure suit, and in which suit the City of Miami also sought to foreclose other tax sale certificates not held
by the original complainant.
